Abstract: Property management industry starts relatively late in China. It lacks development in many aspects which needs to be improved urgently. Recently, more and more researches have been done about property management level and conditions of property management companies, while few researches have been done to evaluate the present property management conditions in a region even in the whole country by combing service of property management enterprises and customer satisfaction. This article has revealed the main existing problems in residential property management industry by doing qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis on realty service enterprises in Yantai region through Correlation Matrix, Interpretative Structural Modelling (ISM), and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation. This article is beneficial for the government and people in property management enterprises to discover and solve problems timely and it is valuable for the improvement of general proficiency of property management.
