Abstract: |
While it’s not a fresh topic of economic developing in ethnic areas, the researches on the localization for enthetic enterprises are also fruitful. However, there are still all sorts of problems and obstacles existed in actual practice for the enthetic enterprises to become “native”. From a viewpoint of systematic engineering subject, based on the analysis of the social culture characteristics and its issues in ethnic areas, this paper investigated the operations of enthetic enterprises and the management activities of local government,then points out that it is the incongruency to the local culture and the separate disposing way for social issues,which lead to the unhealthy development in ethnic areas for the enthetic enterprises. At last, relevant management advices are put forward.
