Abstract: Based on the theory of organization ability and competitive advantage, this paper constructs the dynamic competitive advantage index and defines the organization ability including operating position power,operating power, marketing power and organizational learning ability. Using structural equation model, this paper has tested the relationship between the core competence and the dynamic competitive advantage index of Xinjiang dairy processing enterprises. The results show that operating position power and marketing power,respectively, has a relatively significant impact on dynamic competitive advantage, while operating power and organizational learning ability has a relatively weak impact.
