Abstract: |
Organization structure is often critical to improve application of knowledge which come from outside or/and inside an organization. The main object studied in this paper is focused on the innovation of organization structure in knowledge management (KM) environment. Based on the prior ralated organization structure literature, and according to the requirements of executing KM, a model of organization structure which is named learning-network organization is designed. A typical application of learning-network organization structure is the structure of teamwork.
