Abstract: In this paper, we use the theory of incentive transmitting, which is based on some conventional studies about motivation, integrate factors like the features of enterprise organization structure, people’s mutualen couragement, and factors that lead to fading of the incentive, and propose an improved three-dimensional cellular automaton model. We develop its simulation system for the transmission of the incentive effect of the senior management personnel salary. We then explain how to make proper senior management personnel incentive measures to improve the overall enterprise incentive effect by simulated experiment.
