Abstract:	This article, increased people-to-people relations on the basis of RA model: friendly or hostile. And we change original model of the control parameters, made the evolution rate of view and the evolution rate of uncertainty different, the new models with different sets of parameters were simulated for many times and the results made a good agreement with what happened in real life.
