Abstract: Currently telecommunications network operators are very concerned about controlling the repeat network access of users. However the choke point of solving this problem is that identification technology of the repeat network access is not mature enough and short of accuracy, which makes it can not control this problem effectively. In this paper, the writer represents vector space-based model of repeat network access to improve the recognition accuracy and recognition speed by using the call fingerprint theory.
