Abstract: Based on basic circular function relationship, the analytic formula on the flight time of projectile for Antiaircraft Artillery can be derived by applying Doppler shift equation as well as Doppler changing rate equation. Apart from the flight speed, the new method should detect Doppler changing rate. But the radial distance between target and antiaircraft gun may be not used. The accuracy of formula is verified by analog calculation. For the analytical method based on Doppler measurement, not only can iterative approximation be avoided, but complex numerical integration also can be avoided as compared with existing method of firing table approximation and exterior ballistic.
