Abstract: The acoustic propagation models aiming at the frequency below 40kHz is common and the research concentrating on higher frequency is insufficient. In this paper, the numerical calculation methods of fast field program (FFP) model are studied. A comparison between FFP model and KrakenC model is made via simulation examples, and the results verify that the FFP method is effective in the simulation of near-field high-frequency radiated noise of underwater vehicles.
