With the development of network technology, it is vital and urgent to strengthen the building of security defense system for information system. On the basis of the definition of information system network security, some important factors, such as design target, design rule, design request of network defense system for information system, were established. Seven pivotal technologies, including intrusion detection, certificate authority, are brought forward to found the system.
