Abstract: In order to make Weapon Systems possess higher accuracy and dependability, Firing Signal must to be measured accurately. In this paper, multi-channel synchronal data acquisition technology is used to design Virtual Instrument(VI). Based on lab windows/CVI software and NI 6259 card, Virtual Instrument can collect 32 Firing Signals from Weapon Systems and fully exploits NI 6259’s capability of calculation, data processing and graphics displaying. VI makes the measuring precision of firing signal pulsed-signal width reach about ±0.5 milliseconds. The experimental results indicate that the testing scheme is a more reasonable method for Weapon Systems.
