Abstract: |
The industries of aircraft, ship, automobile, and bicycle from GB/T 4754-2002 were investigated into their design requirements for anthropometric data of young Chinese aged 3 to 18 years old, and the de- sign requirements of transportation industry were identified on the basis of more than two industries men- tioned above. The results suggested that the industries of aircraft, ship, automobile, and bicycle need 29, 147, 44, 48 items of anthropometric data for their product design, of which 71 common design requirements of transportation industry were identified.
