Abstract: |
While city gas pipelines have spatial and geographical characters vividly, Decision Support System (DSS) based on Geographical Information System (GIS) has its advantages and supports an effective way for dealing with such problems. The security management decision support system based on GIS for city gas pipelines was designed preliminarily, after our considering the state-of-arts of security management in city gas pipelines .The system can achieve such targets as corrosion expectation, faults diagnosis, safety and risk evaluation, and emergency treatment, to offer a strong decision-making support.
