This paper studies the emergency management process on the way of just in time (JIT) distribution. After an emergency occurred on the way, the original distribution plan is disturbed, there will need an emergency management process to deal with it so that the affect of the incident will be weaken. The emergency management process needs the supplier, the manufacture, the third part logistics to coordinate together—to inform each other as soon as possible, to schedule emergency resources, to modify each one’s plan, etc.
