Abstract: Due to its possible significant impact, the unconventional emergency as a topic attracts more and more attention. With the rapid development of network media, net opinion has a profound effect on the lifecycle of emergency. At the same time, opinion leaders play a more and more important role on net opinion guide. Taking SHISHOU group events as an example, the thesis will analyze the typical news websites and forum websites, explore the role of opinion leaders in unconventional emergency and try to prevent the related emergencies by introducing the opinion leader intervention mechanism.
