Abstract: |
Railway security involves a wide range of issues, influenced by many factors, and it is a complex system; how to prevent and respond to emergencies, how to construct a perfect and effective emergency management system, and how to strengthen the ability of emergency management, become urgent problems to solve the for the railway operating company. This paper analyzes the railway emergency management in China in the perspectives of execution, and constructs a comprehensive executable emergency management system, aimed at promoting the level of emergency management in China.
