Abstract: Business update predicted that in 2010, the demand on elasticity of the supply chain will be over product quality and customer services, and flexibility become the main drive to improve supply chain strategies. Enterprises today have realized the importance of supply chain management to achieve operational efficiency, cut costs, and maintain quality. In this paper, we propose the flexibility theory and models are elaborated, then build framework for emergency management, in the end measure using elasticity theory that can rescheduler operations in the face of supply chain disruptions.
