Abstract: Because of the influence of the subjective and objective factors inside and outside the enterprise, various kinds of contradictions or conflicts between the enterprise and the social public may appears inevitably, which often deteriorate into public relations crisis. Based on CPR management theory and through empirical analysis on multiple cases, this paper summarizes the problems of public relations crisis management and their causes. The purpose is to make the enterprise master the skills of public relations crisis management and turn the “crisis” into “chance”.
