Abstract: We discuss the defects of eye hospital bed arrangement according to FCFS (first come, first serve) rules, that lead to the queues waiting to be hospitalized being longer. On a weekly classification, taking the shortest possible time of hospital for surgery as evaluating indicator, and three reasonable assumptions as constraint conditions, a new reasonable arrangement scheme is put forward. For the example of a week inpatient arrangement, we show that this new scheme can reduce the patient’s hospital time, make the hospital patients waiting queues shorter thereby.
