Abstract: We analyse the factors and behaviors that cause the work-family conflict proceeding from the characteristics of virtual enterprise and combining with the type theory of work-family conflict based on role, and then, research the function mechanism of the work-family conflict of virtual enterprise staff, and last, put forward the strategies of balancing work-family conflict of virtual enterprise staff in this paper.
