Represents the data model, Competition in the medical servers quality is the dominant choice for them. The price, servers quality and profit are optimal in this case compare to the price competition and united coordination. So current medical reform should probe in the establishment of grading medical model and managed referral mechanisms under the basic medical servers prices framework of the government guidance.
