Abstract: |
Recently, more and more researchers rethink the research methods in the field of Chinese Management, and, meanwhile, a heated debate has been initiated. In the first place, 4 dimensions of research will be proposed in this paper. Then, based on these different dimensions of research, this paper will divided the research methods in the field of Chinese management into 4 parts. Finally, through analyzing the characteristics of research methods, the inner logic will be demonstrated, and the system of research methods in the field of Chinese management will be established.
