Abstract: This article established the evaluation index system of organizational justice through using the mathematical theory of unascertained measure and constructed the unascertained measure model of organizational justice through establishing the weight of index classification using information entropy. Finally, organizational justice is evaluated synthetically, and the scientific validity and the practical application value of the method is proved through case analysis.
