Abstract: In the background of resource exhaustion and frequent natural disasters, people stat to rethink the ecological consequence of economic activity. The sustainable development of social economy attracts people's attention. Eco-efficiency is an important indicator of enterprise’s sustainable development ability. Enterprises are the micro main-part of the socialist market economy, and enhancing its Eco-efficiency will promote the sustainable development of the whole society. The Eco-efficiency was integrated into the corporation performance appraisal in this article. It will help us to appraisal the value of the business scientifically from a sustainable development view.
