Abstract: With the rapid development of network technology, there is a new kind of web advertising which is produced and released with digital code. The meta-tagging, linking, placing cookies and spamming are abused to make web advertising. Currently, laws are incompatible with the development of web advertisings. Therefore, this paper gives some proposals on regulation of web Advertising based on analyzing the definition, form and technology of web advertising.
