This paper selects 30 pharmaceutical companies’ related data in their annual report as the object of study,such as SanJiu Pharmaceutical, Tongrentang, Yunnan Baiyao and so on.the paper utilizes prime operating revenue as a indicator to measure the company’s performance,and take four factors:company’s invisible assets, R & D input costs, rate of highly educated employees, the number of patents obtained to stand for company’s degree of scientific and technological progress,exploring the relative problem between company’s scientific and technological progress and performance. The positive results show that the invisible assets, R & D input costs and tthe number of patents obtained are positive correlated with the company perfornmance, rate of highly educated employees are inversely proportional to the company performance.
