Abstract: To understand university students’ understanding of the using methods and capability of the path appliance, this research sample survey the students in the universities which have set up path exercising appliances. The results show that students don’t fully understand the National Fitness Project, most students don’t know much about using methods and capability of the path exercising appliance. Holding path exercising lecture is a good way to understand the using methods and capability of the path exercising appliance, the university should give more publicity of National Fitness Project and increase ways of students’ exercising methods.
