Abstract: this paper putted forward the credit risk prediction model of the e-commerce perception based on the intuitionistic fuzzy information integration theory, neural newtork model and clustering analysis,worked out the perceived credit risk rate of e-commerce at the present state and predicted the individual perceived credit risk rate. The disadvantages of subjective speculation in the past were solved completely. Sample data were classified and found the reasons that different people perceived credit risk caused by e-commerce. Example analysis showed that the model was feasible and provided a new idea for the prediction research of the e-commerce perceived credit risk.
