Abstract: Financing and investment are two basic financial activities of enterprises, which are two indivisible aspects of the operation in an enterprise fund. They are both independent of each other, but also solidarity. We use the date of the A-share listed companies between 2007 and 2009 as sample, using the descriptive statistics and multiple regression to analysis the influence of debt financing on corporate investment. The results show that the lag phase of corporate debt rate and the current investment have a significant negative correlation.
