The unemployed question of regular college graduates on the stage of our country present was prominent demonstration in multiple backgrounds which were economic restructuring, college enrollment and employment system reforming and so on. Not only the conflict appearing between supply and demand of new human capital, education and economic development inharmony, but also the state and his family can not return on investment because of unemployment. On the present, the issue not just graduates personal and social problem but also was common concerned by the party, government and the community. This article analyzed the reason of the current structural unemployment from themselves, the social factor, the government function, the university raised and employer, respectively. In addition, the corresponding measures were proposed for unemployment reason.
