Abstract: This paper analyzes the problems that there is total surplus of human resources, there is not high overall quality, there is the aging of the age structure of staff and there is less reasonable personnel structure in human resource management of coal. These problems led to the slow development of human resources and lack of demand and severely restricted the development of coal enterprises. Therefore this paper puts forward that coal enterprises must carry out a strategic human resources management and achieve the changing role of human resources as soon as possible and establish scientific performance evaluation system such as effective measures. Coal enterprises not only retain talent but also inspire employees to make more contributions for the enterprises. The only way promote faster development of the coal enterprises. And then enterprises can realize coordinated and sustainable development between man and nature, man and society.
