Abstract: The characteristic of post doctor was analyzed. The motivation of postdoctoral station recruiting post doctor, the motivation of post doctor entering into postdoctoral station and flexible environment of affecting on post doctor innovating were summed up and were analyzed. Some strategy about how to improving postdoctoral innovation capability were brought forward from some view such as improving innovation environment, reasonable examining postdoctoral achievement, inspiriting postdoctoral innovation fruit etc.
