Abstract: |
As the main energy, the coal is important foundation and guarantee of national economy and social development in China. The large-scale exploitation and utilization of coal bring serious resources and environment problems. The energy-saving and emission-reducing is very signality to coal enterprise. In this paper, the energy-saving and emission-reducing index system of coal enterprise is put forward with seven respects including energy-saving, emission-reducing, utilization ratio, management of energy-saving and environmental, organization building, new technology and product development about energy-saving and emission- reducing, development of circular economy based on analysis and principle.
