Abstract: Prevailing research claims that strong corporate cultures improve firm competitiveness by their four functions: introjecting, restricting, agglomerating and oriented. This paper addresses that the Chinese corporate should develop their cultures on the basis of Chinese characteristics with international trends. In order to develop good corporate culture, suggestions are made with respect to construct innovation culture, to improve the overall quality of staff, and to combine leader’s pivotal roles with staff’s main roles.
