Abstract: The enterprise charitable activity is the behavior of enterprise who gives its properties voluntarily to recipients who have no direct interest relationship with the giver, which is the enterprise and society's win-win choice. This article analyzes the enterprise’s charitable activities influence on the enterprise itself from two aspects of both the direct increment function and the indirect increment function, and discusses in depth the main factors influencing the charitable participation level from angles of the enterprise citizen the theory, tax policy, government intervention, charitable cultural atmosphere and philanthropic institution’s self building and so on, and finally puts forward the corresponding countermeasures improving enterprise charitable donation behavior in line with the enterprise and the charitable win-win principle, which is the hope of having certain reference significance and the application value for our country social security system's construction.
