Abstract: |
The paper systematically evaluated strength, weakness, opportunities and threats by using SWOT analysis. Based on the analysis, the paper put forward the development strategy for Chinese OEM enterprises. It says Chinese enterprises need to improve their core competency by applying business, alliance, technical, and brand strategy, in order to move up the international value chain, then develop to ODM or OBM.
