Abstract: With the development of ecnomic globalization and increasing competition,team venrure is getting more and more attention.Researches about ventre teams are increasing gradually as well.Researches are mainly from two angles,the first one is how building inherent factor of ventre team which affect the team performance;the second one is how the interactive process that have the effect to team performance.Based on previous studies , we will discuss how to promote the development of ventre team from four aspects :building factors, trust, communication ,conflict resolution, and knowledge sharing.
