Abstract: With the economy quickly developing, people neglected the ecological environment protection. The environment destruction has already threatened humanity's survival and development. This kind of situation was becoming more serious in our country. With natural resource gradual depletion and the question of environmental protection becoming prominent, the green supply chain theories and the practice obtained the unprecedented value. Many countries have already realized that the environment question began to challenge the sustainable development. Standing in the commercial enterprises’ angle， this article mainly discussed how the commercial enterprises as a core enterprise build the green supply chain alliances. I expect this article could help commercial enterprises build the long-term developmental strategy and gain the core competition. At the same time it can make commercial enterprises give dual attention to the social efficiency and consumers' long-term benefit.
