Abstract: |
At present, the development momentum of red tourism is good, but the development of the regional red tourist scenic zones is not balanced. The reason is management system’s restriction. Red tourism scenic zone presents multi-thread management, policy comes out of many doors and so on. Through comparing the two red tourism scenic zones of JingGangShan and ShaoShan, we find JingGangShan’s management system surpasses ShaoShan’s. JingGangShan’s tourism benefit is obviously higher than ShanShan’s, but JingGangShan’s management system also needs the further consummation. In view of this, proposes the reform way of the red tourism scenic zone management system-four powers separation.
