Abstract: Environment factors have greatly affection to operating power. This article analyses the affection of related environment factors to operating power, an experiment on affection from environment factors to operating power was conducted in the article. With the data which cllected from the experiment on affection from environment factors to operating power, the article analyses the relation between environment factors and operating power. In additon, a mathematic model was constructed in this article. This model provides a platform which quantitively analyses the affection of environment factors to operating power. The study of this article has some service value to researching military weapon’s performance and other field.
