Abstract: Optimizing method of human factors engineering based on simulation software JACK has been studied aiming at businesses’ working procedure. The method takes simulation software of human factors engineering, JACK, as its supporting tool. Through establishing human factors simulation models of working procedure and human factors evaluation, human factors’ deficiencies are distinguished. Considering the principles of human factors improvement, corresponding improvement plan is designed and proved. The method’s validity and feasibility have been proved in the tire assembling procedure of an automotive general assembly plant.
