Abstract: This paper gives the relevant human error induced from design error/ defect based on the home and abroad information. And sets up the check and analysis procedure to identify the design error/ defect resulting in human error, performs the human error effect analysis through FMEA method, provides the design modification action, eliminates/ decreases the design error/ defect to increase the helicopter reliability and safety.
