Abstract: |
There are some problems, such as “new product”, “new user” and “cold lunch” etc. in the current intelligent recommendation systems of electronic commerce. To solve the above problems, we used ontology theory in knowledge management to build a new intelligent recommendation system of electronic commerce. Firstly, the concept of ontology was introduced and the ontology of electronic commerce was constructed. Secondly, the frame of the intelligent recommendation system of electronic commerce and the core processes of the frame were further analyzed. Finally, it was proved that the application of the proposed intelligent recommendation system could improve the accuracy of product recommendation and the customer satisfaction in electronic commerce via an experiment.
