Abstract: |
The training method of the 400 meters barrier of strait-crossing and landing is one of the important methods to improve the performance of this barrier. In this article, we did an experiment of the barrier for this study. And, based on this experiment, we summarized the characteristics of the manipulation for the 400 meters barrier of strait-crossing and landing. We advanced a suit of training methods of the barrier, and checked it up by an experiment. The result of the experiment indicates that, this suit of training method has instructional meaning for advancing the operational level of the barrier.
