Abstract: This paper studied the mission and requests of the Man-Machine-Environment System Engineering at the stage of the weapon operation and support. Put forward the way of thinking that under the condition of the machine and environment two main factors are already certain, need to be through the personnel's selection and the training to carry out superior combinations of the three main factors. Explicate the main research direction of the next stage and correspond the measure.
