Abstract: Modeling and simulation of complex systems is an effective method to study the social spreading of infections diseases. This paper proposes the basic idea of computational infectious diseases, provides an Agent-based architecture for simulation system, discusses the simulation process of the system, and initially implements the system using object-oriented method. The main objective is to develop a large-scale simulation system and carry out computational experiments for the spreading of infectious diseases to provide an effective tool for decision-making.
