Abstract: Considering insufficiencies of the research on Web data streams related to unconventional emergency, a framework of unconventional emergency early-warning based on the modeling and supervision of Web event information is represented in methodology meaning. The framework includes the constitution of Web topic information model and multi-characteristic life cycle model of unconventional emergency. And based on them, mining topic news story navigation patterns of unconventional emergency and emergency early-warning based on pattern recognition are discussed. The framework represents a new view of the study of early-warning of evolutions mode of unconventional emergency.
