Abstract: At present, Sino-foreign scholars focus on the representative forms of the industrial cluster’s risk, but less research on the risk conduction and risk identification in the industrial cluster. Based on exploring risk’s transmission and reinforcing mechanism in the industrial cluster, this paper sums industrial clusters’ risk factors. This establishes the foundation for formulating the strategy of industrial clusters’ risk identification and for designing the control mechanism on industrial clusters’ risk. Then, the author concludes that beforehand control or processing control is mainly considered, however, when spreading, post-action control should be carried out to minimize the loss and harm.
