Abstract: According to the emergency of ice prevention in Inner Mongolia, the causes of ice flood and the problem of ice prevention are synoptically analyzed. The results of this ??pa??er provide reference for rel??eving the ice emergency in Inner Mongolia of Yellow River, improving the ice-jam flood protection efficiency and ensuring the reach flood protection safety.
