Abstract: In china, there are inherent risks related with own factors, and external risks related with external environment about entrepreneurs. The risks are complexity, public nature and diversity. This paper argues that objective factors, constraint factors, personal factors and environmental factors caused the professional risk of entrepreneur. In order to prevent the risk, we should adopt the following measures: strengthen the professional ethics, improve capability quality of entrepreneur, improve the modern enterprise system, establish the supervision system, improve constraint and incentive mechanism, and cultivate ethical culture in our society.
